Tuesday, July 6th at 6:30pm PHONE ORIENTATION MEETINGS: We would be happy to do a one-on-one, over-the-phone orientation meeting with you at anytime. NOTE: We'd love to come to your place of work to present an Orientation Meeting (a brown bag lunch meeting is a great time to learn about the Ride!) Contact us to have a speaker at your work place.

Orientation Meetings The Orientation Meeting is a place to learn all about the Ride before you commit to becoming a participant. Do you have to attend? No, but it sure helps answer the questions you may have. Never done a multi-day bike ride? Don't know if you can raise $750 to be a Rider? Want to learn what Crew assignments are available? Attend an Orientation Meeting to learn more! Gear Up! Meetings (registered participants only) You've registered to be a Rider or Crew member, but now what? Join us at a Rider Gear Up! meeting to learn about fundraising and training. Or if you're registered as a Crew member attend a Crew Gear Up! meeting to learn about Crew assignments, what a day in the life on the Crew looks like, and much more.
